Relevation agrees to furnish services to the Subscriber, subject to the following (“Terms of Service”). Relevation-Online, the company here after referred to as, (“Relevation-Online”), (“Us”), (“We”), (“Relevation”) and The Client, (“Customer”), (“Client”) and (“You”). Use of Relevation Service constitutes acceptance and agreement to AUP (“Acceptable Use Policy”) and ToS (“Terms of Service”). All provisions of this contract are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of Relevation-Online. Subscriber understands that change to the ToS by Relevation shall not be grounds for early contract termination or non-payment.

24 Hours Money Back Guarantee

All clients will have 24 hours upon payment to be issued with a refund of service, no questions asked. When an issued refund is request it is the sole responsibility of the client for retrieving any data that they wish to keep before requesting the refund. Failure to do so may results in the forfeiture and destruction of all information and/or data associated with you. All sales are final after 24 hours.

All refunds past 24 hours, within 24 hours of purchase, will be processed.

Chargebacks:

Any chargeback will result in permanent cancellation of services and account termination. You are personally liable for any charges incurred through your account prior to termination.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are given within our 3 day refund guarantee with our refunds department's discretion. if our refunds team thinks you are eligible for a refund then a refund will be given. Refunds within 12 hours of your purchase will be granted without our staff discretion, refunds above 12 hours but under our 24 hours money back guarantee is however at our refunds department's discretion Refunds will not be given for people who were terminated from using our service(s) for either illegal use, hacking scripts or abuse of our TOS. Minimum refund amount: $10. We do not refund if you change your mind so consider carefully before purchasing this product. Opening a claim/ticket or attempting to refund will lead to Permanent char suspension until the claim/ticket is closed. Downtimes is not a valid reason for refunds. What you are buying is a e-currency in-game which cannot be "restored/replaced". If you purchase for wrong account, we cannot re-transfer the purchase. If you are banned you are not allowed any refund. Refunds will not be given if violations of the terms of service have taken place.

Data:

Relevation cannot be held liable for system crashes or data loss. The potential for data loss is possible during any service failure. You agree that you have made the necessary backups of your data so that, in the event of such a loss, the data can be restored. Though Relevation offers unlimited storage, this does not mean the client may store/use our database for storage of unrelated data to the clients service. Any client found storing unrelated data with their services is subject to having the data terminated when ever Relevation deems fit. Moreover if any excessive files related to the clients service is found, they may be requested to remove it.

Fraud

Fraud involves a knowing misrepresentation or misleading statement, writing or activity made with the intent that the person receiving it will act upon it. Fraud is strictly prohibited and offenses will be investigated. Third-party Links, Sites and Services Our Products may contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, services, special offers, or other events or activities that are not owned or controlled by Relevation-Online. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services. If you access any third party website, service, or content from Relevation-Online, you do so at your own risk and you agree that Relevation will have no liability arising from your use of or access to any third-party website, service, or content.

Unauthorized access

Use of the Relevation service to access, or to attempt to access, the accounts of others, or to penetrate, or attempt to penetrate, security measures of Relevation or another entity’s computer software or hardware, electronic communications system, or telecommunications system, whether or not the intrusion results in the corruption or loss of data, is expressly prohibited and the offending Relevation account is subject to immediate termination and further investigation.

Illegal Use

Relevation services may not be used for illegal purposes, or in support of illegal activities. Relevation reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities and/or injured third parties in the investigation of any suspected crime or civil wrong doing.

Suspension/Termination

Customer agrees that Relevation may suspend services to Customer without notice and without liability if: (i) Relevation reasonably believes that the services are being used in violation of the AUP; (ii) Customer fails to cooperate with any reasonable investigation of any suspected violation of the AUP; (iii) Relevation reasonably believes that the suspension of service is necessary to protect its network or its other customers, or (iv) as requested by a law enforcement or regulatory agency. Customer shall pay Relevation-Online’s reasonable reinstatement fee if service is reinstituted following a suspension of service under this subsection.

Prohibition of Offensive Behaviour

Racist, intolerant, "hate", defamatory, "stalking", invitations to fight, threatening or any communication of any nature that we decide, in our sole discretion, as being improper, will result in service termination without prior notice. Subscribers may not make comments on online social networking, blogs, forums or any online media websites, that we deem to be inproper, unfair or discourteous to the effort made my eireneonline.com's employees. Your account may be suspended or terminated without refund. This includes, but is not limited to, threats to sue, slander, libel, publicly post, or initiate a chargeback.

Rules

Forum rules: - Do not double or triple post, this also counts for threads.- Do not post links to external websites with adult, offensive or racist content.- Do not post download links unless they are official.- Do not write in CAPS.- Do not use aggressive language upon another community member or staff member.- No links in signature are allowed unless approved by a staff member or if it are internal links.- Do not post threads to sell your account or to buy an account, Relevation staff does not support it.- Use English in all forums except for the language forums.- Do not spam.- Do not impersonate a staff member.- Buy/Sell/Trade accounts / gold / items is not allowed in forum.- If download links are posted include a virus scan aswell, Relevation staff is not responsible for the content users download from unofficial websites. We ask our players to be aware for scammers, Relevation staff is not responsible when you get scammed. A warning may be given at all times when violating above rules, when your first warning is given you will be banned from the forum for 1 week .(banned users can still see the content, they just can not post)When you received 3 warnings your forum user account will be banned. When rules are violated and bring direct damage to the community an instant ban can be given.
